Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. If your country isn’t included, be sure to check back again soon as we are continuously working on expanding the list of countries we ship to!
What are my delivery options?
Singapore
For orders within Singapore, your order will be delivered by our dedicated in-house delivery fleet to ensure that your valuable package is handled safely and with care until it reaches you.
Hong Kong
All orders will be shipped internationally via our trusted courier partner DHL Express.
Due to the Covid Restriction policy in Hong Kong, please kindly expect some delays in delivery
Malaysia
All orders will be shipped internationally via our trusted courier partner Janio Asia.
But in the case of custom checking, please kindly expect that it may take longer for the items to be delivered to you.
Will I be charged a shipping fee?
Singapore
We offer free shipping for all Singapore orders with a minimum spend of $50.
Hong Kong
Shipping fees, taxes, and other associated costs for your order are calculated during checkout.
For shipping of orders within Hong Kong, we charge a flat shipping rate at $35 on all orders.
Malaysia
Shipping fees, taxes, and other associated costs for your order are calculated during checkout.
For shipping of orders within Malaysia, we charge a flat shipping rate at $20 on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
For Singapore orders, you may expect to receive your order anywhere between 2-7* business days.
For Hong Kong & Malaysia orders, you may expect to receive your order anywhere between 4-7* business days.
*We aim to meet these delivery timeframes as best as we can, however, during high-peak periods such as sales, we may temporarily require slightly more time to process and ship your order and you may experience a slight delay with the delivery of your order as a result. We work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum and we seek your understanding if your order has been delayed.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
You may find the tracking number on your order status page or through your email after purchase confirmation.
Is there any custom charges incurred?
For international orders, in certain cases, however, independent customs authorities may contact the customer to request payment of customs fees. In this case, customers will need to pay the necessary customs fees customers themselves.
Depending on the location of the customer, an item may need to cross an international border to undergo authentication and quality control checks. This could trigger customs restrictions that may affect the customer's ability to place the order, or affect the amount of customs fees that apply to the customer's order.
What happens if the customs fees aren't paid?
The package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive it, we'll refund the customer's payment.
Please note that the refund amount will be subject to the deductible amount of shipping & admin charges incurred.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
Yes. Due to the high value of our items, we require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that delivery will be considered completed once it is delivered to the address provided and signed for.
We highly recommend using private addresses, such as a home address. Second Edit will not be liable for any loss of an item once the delivery is completed.
