Each bag will come with its unique RFID and entrupy ID which will indicate its authenticity. RFID will indicate the bag code is from our warehouseEntrupy ID will indicate the bag is authentic For online, the customer can ask a CX agent for its authentication information prior to the purchase.For offline, the customer can ask the store manager or store assistant for its authentication information prior to the purchase.
This is only possible for the purchase in the showroom. The store manager will indicate the date and time for the entrupy process in front of the customer. However, the entrupy process will take up to 24 hours for obtaining the authentication code. Thus, the customer must be aware that for this process to happen, the bag must be hold by us during entrupy process
It is a special program offered by Second Edit to increase customers’ security and assurance in purchasing our preloved luxury bags by ensuring the products are authentic. If it turns out to be a counterfeit product after the purchase, then the customer is eligible to return the bag to us and receive double the amount that the customer spent. The program will start from 20 December 2021 - 18 February 2022.
For double Money Back Campaign, it applies for online purchase only (not in the showroom).The returned bag must pass the screening process (RFID checking and Entrupy checking) and the counterfeit is proven by the system.The program is only valid from 20 Dec 2021 - 18 Feb 2022.

After the entrupy process done (<24 hours), we will report the result to the customers, and when both parties agree, we will deliver the bag directly to you with free of charge or you can pick it up at our showroom

Authentication process at a showroom only can be undertaken prior to the purchase, as it is non-refundable afterwards.
Yes, the bag must be brought into our showroom within 3 days after delivery. More than 3 days, we cannot proceed with the entrupy checking.
